Mentally Handicapped

What you see here is a pickup truck belonging to a person suffering from an embarrassing problem.  Those stricken with this condition tend to have small wee-wees.  But oddly, some of these individuals also have a huge set of balls.  Balls big enough to lead one to boldly park in a handicap spot despite having the ability to get in and out of an 8 feet high truck.
